Secretary-General of ASEAN Meets with Chief of the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency
Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today met with Vice Admiral Dr. Irvansyah, Chief of the Indonesian Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla), at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. Vice Admiral Dr. Irvansyah provided an update on the ongoing efforts to formalise the ASEAN Coast Guard Forum (ACF). The meeting underscored ASEAN’s commitment to strengthening maritime cooperation and promoting closer coordination among regional coast guard agencies.
