Secretary-General of ASEAN receives courtesy call from Deputy Minister of Investment, Trade, and Industry of Malaysia
Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, today received a courtesy call from Deputy Minister of Investment, Trade, and Industry of Malaysia and Co-Chair of the ASEAN Geoeconomics Task Force, YB Liew Chin Tong, at the ASEAN Headquarters/ASEAN Secretariat. The Meeting discussed, among others, ongoing works of the ASEAN Geoeconomics Task Force and progress of the Priority Economic Deliverables under Malaysia’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2025. Both sides also discussed preparations for the 57th ASEAN Economic Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings, which Malaysia will host in September of this year.
